- For any credit card transaction, our database will not store any card number of our members. All the transactions are going through our payment gateway IPay88.
- Returns & Replacements
- Order will consider successful once you had made the payment. For any order that we received without payment, will be canceled for more than 5days.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Upon receiving the payment, you are suppose to receive an notification email. You can see whether the transaction is successful or not in the email received. Please do no feel hesitate to contact us if you having problem with the payment.
Please note that your Payment is processed by Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd.The Name of Mobile88.com will be shown on your Credit Card / Bank Statement and you will also receive a notification e-mail from Mobile88 on each transaction.
- Viewing Orders

You can check the order updates by login into your account and go to My Account section, under My Orders on the left panel, you can check on the status of your order there. You can even re-order the item if it is unsuccessful or canceled.

You can update your postal address simply by going into My Account, Address Book. You can change your address here and it will be used as your delivery address.
